Das Nationale Kompetenzzentrum ohne Gewalt setzt sich für die Prävention von Gewalt, Misshandlung oder Diskriminierung gegen ältere Menschen in der Schweiz ein. Es ist getragen von den drei bedeutenden sprachregionalen Akteuren (alter ego / Pro Senectute Ticino e Moesano und der Unabhängigen Beschwerdestelle für das UBA). Es informiert, sensibilisiert, vernetzt Fachorganisationen und stellt für Betroffene Beratung und Unterstützung durch spezialisierte Anlaufstellen sicher.

Das Nationale Kompetenzzentrum betreibt eine Geschäftsstelle mit administrativem Support.

Mit Ihrer Arbeit tragen sie dazu bei, dass ältere Menschen Unterstützung in schwierigen Lebenssituationen erhalten, indem Sie für Betroffene die Verbindung zu Anlaufstellen sicherstellen, für das Thema schweizweit sensibilisieren und die Koordination und die Vernetzung von einschlägigen Fachorganisationen, Institutionen und Akteuren weiter auf\- und ausbauen.

Als Geschäftsleiter:in übernehmen Sie die operative Führung der Organisation, entwickeln das Kompetenzzentrum weiter, Sie stärken durch Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Kommunikation die Präsenz und Wirkung der Organisation. Sie sind zuständig für die Finanzen und pflegen einen intensiven Kontakt zu den Trägern und Finanzierern der Organisation. Sie sind verantwortlich für die interne Koordination der sprachregionalen Anlaufstellen und führen die Mitarbeiterin der Administration.

Wir suchen eine engagierte und vernetzte Persönlichkeit mit einem Sinn für soziale Anliegen.

Sie bringen einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund und Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Non\-Profitorganisation mit. Berufserfahrung im Altersbereich ist von Vorteil, ebenso im Bereich Kommunikation/Marketing. Sie sind geübt in digitaler Kommunikation (Newsletter, soziale Medien). Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig und haben – im Austausch mit dem Vorstand – Freude an strategischer Arbeit. Sie sind sprachgewandt: bilingue (d/f) oder mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils andern Sprache und nehmen die Herausforderung einer dreisprachigen Kommunikation (d/f/i) gerne wahr.
