In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Prozessmanagement der Direktion Technologie und Innovation (DTI). Wir suchen eine Macherpersönlichkeit, die Prozesse nicht nur dokumentiert oder koordiniert, sondern Verantwortung übernimmt, Optimierungspotenziale erkennt und Verbesserungen konsequent umsetzt. Gemeinsam mit den anderen IT-Teams und Fachbereichen entwickelst du einfache und wirkungsvolle Prozesse, die im Arbeitsalltag gelebt werden und einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Organisation schaffen.*

Das erwartet dich ##

  • Du verantwortest die Prozesslandkarte der DTI und entwickelst diese strategisch und operativ kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für ausgewählte IT-Prozesse - beispielsweise das Demand Management - und entwickelst diese hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Kundennutzen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, vereinfachst Prozesse konsequent, eliminierst unnötige Komplexität und setzt Verbesserungen eigenverantwortlich um.
  • Du definierst und etablierst Standards für die Prozessmodellierung und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse nach BPMN 2.0 einheitlich dokumentiert werden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen IT-Teams, beispielsweise mit den Service- und Applikationsverantwortlichen, zusammen und entwickelst effiziente, kundenorientierte und zukunftsfähige Prozesse.
  • Du definierst Kennzahlen zur Messung der Prozessqualität und förderst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Du bist vielseitig einsetzbar und unterstützt neben deinem Prozessfokus auch bei Aufgaben rund um die CMDB sowie das Service Management der DTI.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Process Management oder Prozessmanagement.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung nach BPMN 2.0.
  • Kenntnisse im IT Service Management sowie ITIL.
  • Erfahrung mit ServiceNow ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bist eine Macherpersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis und hoher Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du analysierst, entscheidest und setzt Verbesserungen pragmatisch und nachhaltig um.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
