Infolge Pensionierung suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin / Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter (w/m/d)

  • Leitung und wissenschaftliche Begleitung vielfältiger gesundheitspolitischer und medizinischer Projekte sowie Vertretung des Gesundheitsdepartements in Projekten und Fachgremien
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten, Prozessen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
  • Wissenschaftliche Begleitung von Kommissionen und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Bearbeitung von parlamentarischen Vorstössen und Vernehmlassungen
  • Fachliche Mitarbeit im Bereich übertragbare Krankheiten und Meldewesen inkl. Hintergrundsdienst an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Beratung und Auskunftserteilung zu gesundheitlichen Fragestellungen gegenüber Fachpersonen, Fachstellen sowie Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Studium in Humanmedizin oder universitärer Masterabschluss in Natur\-, Geistes\- oder Sozialwissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, in der Forschung oder Pharmaindustrie
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Freude an der Entwicklung von Konzepten und Prozessen
  • Interesse an gesundheitspolitischen Fragestellungen und Public Health sowie gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheitswesens
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Initiative, flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise sowie gute Informatik\-Anwendungskompetenz
  • Anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in einem spannenden beruflichen und politischen Umfeld
  • Gute Einarbeitung und breite Unterstützung
  • Mitarbeit in einem engagierten und kompetenten Team
