Das IFSAR Institut für Soziale Arbeit und Räume ist ein Teil des Departements Soziale Arbeit. Für die interdisziplinären Themenschwerpunkte "Wohnen und Nachbarschaften" sowie "Aufwachsen und Bildung" suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung: Wissenschaftliche/r Assistent/in (60%) Wir wenden uns an Personen, die am Standort St. Gallen im Masterstudiengang Soziale Arbeit der Berner Fachhochschule, der Hochschule Luzern und der OST eingeschrieben sind oder ein Studium ab dem Studienjahr 2027/2028 planen. Die Stelle bietet Gelegenheit, parallel zum Masterstudium Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Leistungsbereichen des IFSAR zu sammeln. Die Mitarbeitenden des IFSAR sind in der Forschung und Entwicklung tätig und erbringen Dienstleistungen für soziale Einrichtungen, Verwaltungen, Behörden und Unternehmen. Zudem engagieren sie sich in der Weiterbildung sowie in der Lehre auf Bachelor- und Masterstufe. ###

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Akquise neuer Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Dienstleistungsprojekte (z. B. Offerten- und Antragserstellung)
  • Mitarbeit in laufenden interdisziplinären Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Dienstleistungsprojekten (z. B. Datenerhebung und Datenauswertung auf der Basis sozialwissenschaftlicher Verfahren)
  • Unterstützung bei Transferprodukten wie Referaten, Publikationen, Workshops, Zeitungsartikeln etc.
  • Recherchen zu den Themenfeldern der Arbeitsschwerpunkte
  • Unterstützung bei Projektmanagementaufgaben (z. B. Protokollerstellung, Organisation projekt- und schwerpunktbezogener Anlässe)
  • Allgemeine Mitarbeit im IFSAR-Themenschwerpunkt "Wohnen und Nachbarschaften"

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit auf Bachelor-Stufe
  • Kompetenz, sich selbständig Fachwissen zu erschliessen und dieses aktiv in die Tätigkeiten einzubringen
  • Fähigkeit, gleichzeitig in unterschiedlichen Kontexten zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative
  • Affinität für qualitative und ggf. quantitative Sozialforschung
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdruckskompetenz
  • Interesse an sozialräumlichen Themen, insbesondere bezogen auf die Themenfelder der Schwerpunkte "Wohnen und Nachbarschaften" sowie "Aufwachsen und Bildung"
