**Forschungsprojekt zu Interaktionsqualität und kindlicher Entwicklung**

Die PHBern verleiht pro Jahr rund 800 Lehrdiplome und ist damit eine der grossen Pädagogischen Hochschulen der Schweiz. Ebenso bedeutend ist ihr Engagement in der Weiterbildung und bei Dienstleistungen für Lehrpersonen und Schulleitende sowie ihre berufsfeldbezogene Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation.

Das Institut für Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation koordiniert den Bereich Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation der PHBern. Es unterstützt die Verbindung von Forschung mit der Lehre und dem Berufsfeld, sorgt für eine zielführende Vernetzung innerhalb sowie ausserhalb der Hochschule und führt eigene Projekte durch.

Die Dissertation untersucht die Rolle der Qualität von Unterrichtsinteraktionen für das Lernen und die Entwicklung von Kindern sowie Unterschiede in Abhängigkeit von individuellen Lern- und Entwicklungsvoraussetzungen. Vorgesehen ist eine längsschnittliche Studie mit vier Messzeitpunkten und rund 1'200 Kindern aus 120 Primarschulklassen. Die Interaktionsqualität wird mit standardisierten Beobachtungsverfahren erfasst, die kindliche Entwicklung mit tabletbasierten Messinstrumenten in verschiedenen kognitiven, sozialen und schulischen Bereichen.

Die Dissertation ist Teil des von der Jacobs Foundation initiierten internationalen Forschungsnetzwerks LEVANTE (Learning Variability Network Exchange), das Variabilität im Lernen und in der Entwicklung von Kindern im Alter von zwei bis zwölf Jahren untersucht.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Inhaltliche Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Forschungsfragen zu Unterrichtsinteraktionen und kindlicher Entwicklung * Mitarbeit bei der Rekrutierung und Begleitung der teilnehmenden Schulen und Klassen * Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung der Datenerhebungen * Mitarbeit bei Unterrichtsbeobachtungen mit CLASS und inCLASS einschliesslich Kodierung und Qualitätssicherung * Aufbereitung und Analyse der längsschnittlichen Forschungsdaten * Entwicklung eigener Fragestellungen, Verfassen einer kumulativen Dissertation und Publikation der Ergebnisse im Rahmen des internationalen LEVANTE-Netzwerks

**Ihr Profil**

* Sehr guter Masterabschluss in Psychologie, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Entwicklungspsychologie, oder Erziehungswissenschaften * Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Fragen der kindlichen Entwicklung, des Lernens und der Qualität sozialer Interaktionen im Unterricht * Gute Kenntnisse in quantitativen Forschungsmethoden und Statistik * Interesse an der Analyse längsschnittlicher Daten und Bereitschaft, sich in anspruchsvolle statistische Verfahren einzuarbeiten * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Geschick * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Kindern und Lehrpersonen sowie an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Forschungsteam
