  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen, interdisziplinären Projekten in einem politischen Umfeld und mit divergierenden Interessen von Stakeholdern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Bundespolitik, von Bundesrats\- und Parlamentsgeschäften und Interesse an familienpolitischen Themen
  • Selbständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team und analytisches, abstraktes und vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Gute aktive Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache

Der Bereich Familienfragen des BSV ist die Fachstelle für familienpolitische Themen auf Bundesebene. Er ist insbesondere zuständig für die Bundesgesetze über die Familienzulagen sowie zur Förderung der institutionellen familienergänzenden Kinderbetreuung.
