Gesucht wird eine juristisch kompetente Persönlichkeit mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis, die anspruchsvolle rechtliche und organisatorische Themen verantwortet und die Zukunft der Stabsstelle für Ressourcen engagiert mitgestaltet. Sie sind tätig an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kantonsverwaltung und Justizbehörden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Fachliche Unterstützung der Leitung der Stabsstelle für Ressourcen. * Vorbereitung von Geschäften und Entscheidgrundlagen zuhanden der Justizverwaltungsleitung. * Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen im Bereich Personal , Finanz , Organisations und Beschaffungsrecht sowie Datenschutz. * Verantwortung für Stellungnahmen der Justizverwaltungsleitung, Berichte, Reglemente und Weisungen. * Leitung von Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen. * Vertretung der Justiz in kantonalen Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen. * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung externer und interner Kommunikationskanäle (Webauftritt und Intranet). * Weiterentwicklung des übergreifenden Geschäftsprozessmanagements. * Stellvertretung der Leitung der Stabsstelle für Ressourcen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer Teamkollegin.

**Ihr Profil**

* Juristischer Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise mit Anwaltspatent. * Justiz- und/oder Projekterfahrung ist von Vorteil. * Präzise Analysefähigkeit und strukturiertes Denkvermögen. * Stilsichere Kommunikation, sehr gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und gute Französischkenntnisse. * Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie eine selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. * Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und vernetzt zu denken. * Überzeugendes Auftreten und klare, offene Kommunikation. * Interesse an digitalen Entwicklungen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung.

Die Stabsstelle für Ressourcen unterstützt die Justizverwaltungsleitung in strategischen Fragen und stellt die Verbindung zur Kantonsverwaltung sicher. Sie ist hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Personal, Finanzen und Informatik tätig und übernimmt in diesen Bereichen die fachtechnische Führung und Koordination für die Gerichtsbehörden und die Staatsanwaltschaft (Justiz). Zur Stabsstelle für Ressourcen gehören zudem die Koordinationsstelle Strafregister sowie das Busseninkasso.
