Das Institut für Energiesysteme (IES) in Buchs SG beschäftigt sich mit aktuellen Fragestellungen rund um Energiesysteme und Wärmepumpen. Zur Erhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Themenschwerpunkte Gebäudetechnik und Qualitätssicherung im Umfeld der Wärmepumpe suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung: Wissenschaftlicher/r Mitarbeiter/in Wärmepumpen & Gebäudetechnik (50-100%) Sie bearbeiten anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen rund um Wärmepumpen, Gebäudetechnik und Qualitätssicherung und bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz in anwendungsorientierte Forschungsprojekte ein. ###

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Sie führen Forschungsprojekte im Bereich Wärmepumpen, Gebäudetechnik und Qualitätssicherung grösstenteils eigenverantwortlich durch - experimentell, konzeptionell oder simulationsbasiert.
  • Sie leiten kleinere Projekte und unterstützen die Projektakquise in den genannten Themenbereichen.
  • Sie erstellen Expertisen und Berichte und wirken an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen mit.
  • Sie pflegen das Netzwerk mit relevanten Partnern wie EnergieSchweiz, BFE, FWS sowie Herstellern und Planern.
  • Sie betreuen Studierende bei thematisch relevanten Bachelor- und Semesterarbeiten.
  • Sie unterstützen die Labororganisation sowie die Betreuung der Infrastruktur.

Ihre Expertise

  • Mindestens Bachelor of Science vorzugsweise Masterabschluss und mehrjährige direkt themenspezifische Berufserfahrung.
  • Tiefes Verständnis der Wärmepumpen- und Kältetechnik; einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist erwünscht, aber nicht zwingend.
  • Sie bearbeiten analytische und konzeptionelle Problemstellungen selbstständig und verfügen über ein gutes eigenes Handlungsermessen.
  • Hohe Motivation und Zielstrebigkeit, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, gute Teamfähigkeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
