Deine Rolle ##

Unser Fokus liegt auf der selbständigen Abwicklung von administrativen HR-Arbeiten* *:

  • Abwicklung von Familienzulagen, EO-Abrechnungen und Unfallmeldungen
  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Aus- und Weiterbildungsvereinbarungen
  • Administrative Personalbetreuung bei Jubiläen, Geburten und anderen Ereignissen
  • Stammdatenpflege der Mitarbeitenden im SAP und den Subsystemen, sowie das Führen unserer digitalen Personaldossiers im Abacus
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Events und Welcome Days

Dein Profil ##

  • Besuch der WMS (Profil Beratung, Tourismus und Marketing) an der Kanti am Brühl
  • Kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert mit Sicht auf die Umsetzung
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert, rasche Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative, Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Genaue, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Freude an der Teamarbeit
