Für ein Alters- und Pflegeheim in der Region Bern suchen wir eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) für eine Festanstellung. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die individuellen Bedürfnisse und die Lebensqualität der Bewohnenden. Durch die langfristige Begleitung lernst du die Menschen mit ihren Gewohnheiten und Bedürfnissen kennen und kannst eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung aufbauen. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil eines Pflegeteams, in dem fachlicher Austausch und gegenseitige Unterstützung zum Alltag gehören

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Pflege und begleite Bewohnende individuell und unterstütze sie dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität bestmöglich zu erhalten 
  • Übernimm pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen und beobachte gesundheitliche Veränderungen aufmerksam 
  • Bringe deine Beobachtungen in den Pflegeprozess ein und tausche dich regelmässig im interdisziplinären Team aus
  • Gestalte den Alltag der Bewohnenden aktiv mit und dokumentiere deine pflegerischen Leistungen sorgfältig 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist von Vorteil oder du möchtest dich gezielt in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln 
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten ist für dich ebenso wichtig wie eine professionelle Pflege 
  • Mit deiner offenen und humorvollen Art bringst du dich gerne ins Team ein und begegnest den Bewohnenden wertschätzend
