Für in der Langzeitpflege in Bern suchen wir eine zuverlässige Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60-100%  die engagiert und motiviert ist neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Dich erwartet ein vielseitiger Pflegealltag, in dem die individuelle Begleitung der Bewohnenden und eine gute Zusammenarbeit im Team im Mittelpunkt stehen. Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Pflege, Betreuung, Behandlung unserer Bewohnenden nach unserem Pflegeverständnis
  • Sie wirken im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam mit, bestehend aus Ärzt:innen, Pflege, Therapeuten und der Sozialberatung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Pflegealltags durch Aufgaben als Bezugsperson sowie die Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, SRK Anerkennung
  • Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und zusätzliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
