Guter Schlaf beginnt mit einer guten und ausführlichen Beratung. Genau dafür steht Bettenland seit vielen Jahren. Als Schweizer Familienunternehmen mit acht Filialen und rund 30 Mitarbeitenden begleiten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden persönlich auf dem Weg zur passenden Schlaflösung – kompetent und ehrlich. Für unsere Filialen in der Region Bern suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Beratung und am Um gang mit Menschen.

Wohnberater/in Schlafzimmermöbel und Bettwaren Pensum 20 – 100 %, Samstag fixer Arbeitstag

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Wohnberater/in begleiten Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung

  • Persönliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Verkauf von Betten, Matratzen und weiterem Schlafzubehör
  • Erstellen von Offerten sowie Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Kundenanfragen
  • Mithilfe bei der Organisation und administrative Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Mitgestaltung und Pflege unserer Verkaufsflächen
  • Flexible Einsätze in unseren Filialen innerhalb der Region Bern

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie beraten gerne, hören aufmerksam zu und möchten Menschen dabei unterstützen, die für sie beste Lösung zu finden. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über

  • Erfahrung im Detailhandel oder in der Kundenberatung
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und an hochwertigen Produkten
  • Interesse an den Themen Wohnen, Einrichtung und gesundem Schlaf
  • Eine selbständige, zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist sowie Flexibilität für Einsätze in verschiedenen Filialen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office

Auch Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger mit ausgeprägter Beratungs- und Verkaufskompetenz sind bei uns willkommen
