Während die Senevita Standorte für selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen und umfassende Pflege stehen, ist Senevita Casa die schweizweit führende Anbieterin privater Spitex\-Leistungen. Für die Senevita Wangenmatt in Bern\-Bümpliz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e/n Wohnbereichsleiter/in Demenzabteilung 80\-100% Wohnbereichsleiter/in 80\-100% Deine Aufgaben Du führst ein Pflegeteam fachlich und personell und stellst die Pflegeprozesse deiner Abteilung sicher Du gehst jeden Tag mit gutem Beispiel voran und motivierst dein Team zu Höchstleistungen Basierend auf dem Pflegekonzept koordinierst und organisierst du die tägliche Pflege Du stellst den Informationsfluss zu den Bewohnenden, den Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam sicher Verantwortung für die Einstufung mittels inter RAI /LTCF Personaleinsatzplanung mittels System Polypoint Pep Teilnahme an regelmässigen Rapporten oder Sitzungen mit der Pflegedienstleitung Das bringst du mit Eine Ausbildung als Dipl.
