Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im Bereich Langzeitpflege und Betreuung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Wohnbereichsleiter/in 80-100%. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung eines Wohnbereichs und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für eine professionelle, individuelle sowie qualitativ hochwertige Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnenden.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Langzeitpflege und -betreuung mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion, idealerweise als Team- oder Stationsleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude an der Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz im Umgang mit Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden im Wohnbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität sowie funktionierender Pflegeprozesse
  • Führung, Motivation und Förderung eines engagierten Teams
  • Planung, Koordination und Organisation des Pflegealltags
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Pflege sowie Unterstützung bei organisatorischen, administrativen und weiteren Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Übernahme von zugeteilten Diensten inklusive Wochenenddiensten
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden sowie Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten während ihrer Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Wohnbereichs und der Pflegequalität
