Das Haus für Betagte ist im Herzen von Basel gelegen und bietet älteren Menschen ein Daheim in Gesellschaft mit viel Raum für Selbständigkeit. Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt wird von den Bewohnenden und Gästen sehr geschätzt. Auf 5 Wohnbereichen leben 58 Bewohnende in hellen und freundlichen Zimmern mit viel Privatsphäre verbunden mit einer Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung. Ein vielseitiges Angebot von Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen sorgen für einen abwechslungsreichen und erfüllenden Alltag.

Wohnbereichsleitung 80%-100% - Haus für Betagte an der Sternengasse

Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben als Wohnbereichsleitung:

Als Wohnbereichsleitung übernehmen Sie in Ihrem Wohnbereich die Verantwortung für die personelle und fachliche Führung des Teams sowie die menschlich kompetente Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Leitung Betreuung und Pflege und zwei anderen Wohnbereichsleitungen zusammen und sind fest eingebunden in das Sternenhofkader. Gemeinsam mit anderen entwickeln Sie bestehende Konzepte weiter und gestalten aktiv Veränderungsprozesse mit. 

Das bringen Sie mit:

Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen Wertschätzung und Empathie für die Lebenswelten und Bedürfnisse von betagten Menschen, die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken und interdisziplinierten Arbeiten, Kreativität, Organisationstalent und hohe soziale Kompetenz. Sie sollten über eine Berufsausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH verfügen und haben idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege gesammelt.
