Seit 6 ½ Jahren arbeite ich nun im Alterszentrum Wattenwil. Hier trage ich auf eigenen Wunsch zwei Paar Schuhe: Einerseits bin ich Stv. Leiterin Pflege und Betreuung und andererseits auch

Wohngruppenleiterin der geschützten Wohngruppe 60-100%

Beide Paar Schuhe gefallen mir ausserordentlich gut. Und trotzdem konnte ich nicht Nein sagen, als mir eine Stelle als PDL angeboten wurde. So verlasse ich das azwa schweren Herzens auf 

Ende Jahr

Ich wünsche mir sehr, dass für meinen Platz als Wohngruppenleiterin eine tolle Nachfolge gefunden wird! Wie wäre es mit dir?

Das azwa ist ein modernes Haus für 90 pflegebedürftige ältere Menschen, aufgeteilt in zwei Häuser und vier Wohngruppen. Die Wohngruppe für Menschen mit Demenz umfasst 13 Einzelzimmer und einen grosszügigen geschützten Garten mit Hasenstall. Innovation, Zuverlässigkeit, Respekt, Humor und das Miteinander sind uns wichtig. Unser Führungsverständnis kann in einem kurzen Satz zusammengefasst werden: gmeinsam zur beschte Lösig.

Als Wohngruppenleiterin arbeite ich eng mit der Fachverantwortlichen der Wohngruppe, Kornelia, zusammen. Sie ist zuständig für die Sicherung der Pflegequalität und alle pflegerischen Belange, ich bin zuständig für die Managementaufgaben wie Monats- und Ferienpläne erstellen, Mitarbeitergespräche- Natürlich arbeite ich in der direkten Pflege mit, und als WGL bin ich im Kader vertreten.
