In unserer Aussenwohngruppe Kristall bieten wir Wohnraum für 10 ältere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner an, die mehrheitlich pensioniert sind und ihre letzte Lebensphase auf der Wohngruppe verbringen dürfen. Teilhabe, Selbst- und Mitbestimmung und die persönliche Weiterentwicklung sind die bedeutenden Themen in der agogischen Begleitung. Das Pflegen sozialer Kontakte, die Integration in das Wohnquartier und die Gemeinde und abwechslungsreiche Freizeitaktivitäten sind weitere wichtige Aspekte, die den Wohnalltag bereichern und zur Lebensqualität beitragen.

Wir suchen ab 01. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte:

Wohngruppenleitung 80-100%

Ihre sinnstiftenden Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Führung der Wohngruppe, inkl. Umsetzung der Führungsgrundsätze und der Prozesse des Managementhandbuches
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Budgetverantwortung
  • Instruktion, Begleitung und Unterstützung des Teams in den Arbeitsprozessen
  • Erstellung der Dienstplanung
  • Berufsbildner/in
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen und externen Fachstellen sowie medizinischen Leistungsträgern
  • Begleiten, Fördern und Unterstützen der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in ihrem Alltag und in ihrem Bestreben nach Selbständigkeit und Selbstbestimmung 
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten 

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Führungserfahrung
  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik (HF oder FH) oder HF Pflege
  • Freude und Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pflege oder ein hohes Interesse an pflegerischen Aufgaben
  • Hohes Interesse an medizinischen Themen rund um das Thema Alter - wie Demenz oder Palliativ Care
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz 
  • Sie sind innovativ und engagieren sich mit Ideen und ihrem Wissen
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
