Workshop Manager Slitting\&Cords (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche Leitung und operative Steuerung aller Produktionsaktivitäten im Slitting \& Cods\- Bereich mit dem Ziel, sichere, effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Prozesse sicherzustellen. Sie sind die technische Schlüsselfigur im Bereich und unterstützen den Bereich bei der Umsetzung der Produktionsziele. Dabei übernehmen Sie die Koordination der Ressourcen und die fachliche Führung der Schichtteams, um deren optimalen Einsatz und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zu gewährleisten. Operative Leitung des Bereichs «Slitting \& Cords», sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der Schichtteams, inklusive Coaching und Know\-how\-Transfer Planung und Koordination der Ressourcen (Schichtbesetzung, Urlaubsplanung, Techniker\-Einsätze) Überwachung der Produktqualität und Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien Analyse von Abweichungen und Umsetzung präventiver sowie korrektiver Massnahmen Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und Investitionsprojekten Sicherstellung der korrekten Zeit\- und Anwesenheitserfassung in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit EFZ (z. B.
