Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit als Gastgeberpersönlichkeit im Service
  • Übernahme diverser administrativer Aufgaben wie Tagesabrechnungen, Korrespondenz, Bestellwesen und Zeitbewirtschaftung
  • Verantwortung für die gesamten Betriebsabläufe in Abwesenheit der Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung, Schulung und Einsatzplanung des Teams sowie Förderung eines motivierenden Arbeitsklimas
  • Planen und umsetzen von Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen
  • Professionelles Management von Reservationen und Gästefeedback
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle der betrieblichen Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Souveränes, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude am Gästekontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Kenntnisse in Dienstplanung, Abrechnungssystemen und Hygienestandards von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse mind. B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
