Mit rund 65 Parfümerien in der ganzen Schweiz sind wir die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in Sachen Beauty und Expertise. Wir sind stolz darauf, neben einem breiten Sortiment an hochwertigen Luxusartikeln viele Marken in der Schweiz exklusiv zu führen. Diese Aufgaben verlangen nach Ihrer Expertise:

  • Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend und individuell in den Produktkategorien Pflege, Make\-up und Duft
  • Entsprechend begleiten Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden aktiv durch das Beratungsgespräch und verkaufen weltbekannte Kosmetikprodukte grosser Marken
  • Wenn es der Verkaufsprozess erfordert, schminken Sie oder führen Hautanalysen durch
  • Sie fördern den Erfolg der Filiale, indem Sie vorgegebene Promotionen umsetzen
  • Sie prägen das positive Image von Marionnaud, weil Sie stets im Interesse des Unternehmens handeln, die Bekanntheit unseres Unternehmens steigern und neue Kundinnen und Kunden gewinnen
  • Verschiedene administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben fallen genauso in Ihre Verantwortung wie typische Nebentätigkeiten in der Filiale (Dekoration, Reinigung, Inventuren etc.)

Sie überzeugen uns selbstbewusst mit:

  • Ihrer Kunst des aktiven Verkaufens und einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel
  • Einschlägiger und mehrjähriger Praxiserfahrung im gehobenen Verkauf sowie Branchenkenntnissen in der Parfümerie/Drogerie
  • Konsequenter Kundenorientierung, gewissenhafter Schönheitsberatung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ihrem Gespür, den Bedarf der Kundinnen und Kunden für unsere Produkte zu wecken, von Marionnaud zu überzeugen und zu einer treuen Stammkundschaft zu entwickeln
  • Einem gepflegten Auftreten und Leidenschaft für unsere Branche sowie neue Trends in Make\-up, Pflege oder Duft
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
