Unser Kunde, bestehend aus einer Unternehmensgruppe, bietet ein umfassendes Angebot rund um den Bereich Immobilien. Er plant, entwickelt und vermarktet zeitlose wie auch innovative Immobilien und legt als Mitglied der SIA grossen Wert auf Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Transparenz und klare Strukturen. Für diese spannende Aufgabe suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Hochbauzeichner Architektur 100 % (m/w/d), die das Team bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte unterstützt.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet: • Unterstützung der internen Projektbeteiligten im Zusammenhang mit der technischkonstruktive Aufgaben ab Planung bis Ausführungsprojekt. • Mitarbeit bei Projektentwicklungen, vor allem in der planerischen Umsetzung von Projektvarianten und -optimierungen. • Kontrolle der Werkpläne der Unternehmer, Fachplaner und Ingenieure • Überwachung der Datenqualität und Qualitätskontrolle von 3D-Modellen der Fachmodelle

Ihr Profil: • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, Hochbauzeichner • sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Ausschreibungs-, Ausführungs- und Detailplanung • Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes architektonisches Qualitätsbewusstsein aus. • Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemen (idealerweise „ArchiCAD“) sowie MS-Office-Programmen. • Sie haben Kenntnisse der Schweizer Baunormen (SIA). • Sie sind eine kommunikative, teamfähige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
