The posting

Wir suchen eine Zeichnerin oder einen Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur (Hochbauzeichner:in) mit Freude am Weiterbauen am Bestand. Du bearbeitest Umbau- und Ausbauprojekte über alle Planungsphasen hinweg, entwickelst Pläne von der Baueingabe bis zur Ausführungs- und Detailplanung und bringst konstruktive Präzision mit gestalterischem Anspruch zusammen.  

Was dich erwartet

  • Mitarbeit an Studien, Vor- und Bauprojekten im Bauen im Bestand mit Umbau, Erweiterung, Umnutzung und Transformation.
  • Erarbeitung von Bestandsaufnahmen und Bestandsplänen, Projekt- und Baueingabeplänen sowie Ausführungs- und Detailplänen des Innenausbaus.
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungsunterlagen nach SIA-Normen, bei Kostenvoranschlägen und Kostenkontrolle (Deltabaucost).
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung in Terminplanung, Koordination mit Fachplanern, Behörden und Unternehmern sowie punktuelle Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle.
  • Führen und Pflegen des 3D-Modells und der Planstände in Vectorworks 2026, inklusive Visualisierungen und Plandarstellung für Präsentationen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, interdisziplinären Team mit direktem Austausch und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Zeichnerin oder Zeichner EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur (Hochbauzeichner:in). Eine Weiterbildung als dipl. Technikerin oder Techniker HF Bauplanung Architektur ist von Vorteil.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz nach Abschluss der Berufslehre, davon Erfahrung in der Ausführungs- und Detailplanung.
  • Kenntnisse der SIA-Normen (insbesondere SIA 102 und SIA 118) und des schweizerischen Baubewilligungsverfahrens.
  • Erfahrung im Bauen im Bestand, insbesondere in Umbauten, Umnutzungen und Innenausbauten, ist ein Plus.
  • Herausragendes technisches und konstruktives Verständnis sowie Sorgfalt im Detail und in der Plandarstellung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vectorworks 2026 (3D); Erfahrung mit Deltabaucost, Affinity Photo 2, Affinity Publisher 2 und Asana Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1) inkl. Fachsprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2).
  • Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Teamgeist und Freude an einer direkten, kollegialen Zusammenarbeit.
