In der Badener Verwaltung setzen wir uns täglich im Namen der Stadt für unsere Anspruchsgruppen ein. Wir sind unter anderem für die Beurkundung des Personenstandes zuständig und führen das Bestattungsamt der Stadt Baden. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Zivilstandsbeamter oder Zivilstandsbeamtin 100% Ihre Aufgaben Beraten von Kundinnen und Kunden über alle Belange des Zivilstands\- und Bestattungswesens Beurkundungen im Personenstandswesen (Geburt, Kindesanerkennung, Ehe, Tod, etc.) Abklärungen und Dokumentenüberprüfung für Eintragungen in die Register des Zivilstandskreises Gestalten und Durchführen von Trauungen Organisation von Bestattungen und Beratung der Angehörigen Erledigen von allgemeinen administrativen Arbeiten Ihr Profil Kaufmännische Ausbildung Eidgenössischer Fachausweis für Zivilstandsbeamtin/\-beamten Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (Infostar und MS Office) Exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit Flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kundenkontakt Fremdsprachenkenntnisse Wir bieten Sinnstiftende Arbeit mit Perspektive.
