**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du beurkundest Zivilstandsereignisse von Geburt, über Eheschliessung bis zum Tod inklusive Gerichts- und Verwaltungs-entscheide. * Du nimmt Erklärungen (z. B. Anerkennung, Namenserklärung, Geschlechtsänderung) entgegen. * Im Rahmen der Ehevorbereitung prüfst du, ob alle Ehevoraussetzungen erfüllt sind. * Du führst Trauungen durch. * Du erstellst Auszüge aus den Zivilstandsregistern. * Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch oder persönlich am Schalter.

**Dein Profil**

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung, sowie einen Abschluss als Zivilstandsbeamtin / Zivilstandsbeamter mit eidg. Fachausweis. * Du bringst Praxiserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich mit und hast ein Flair für rechtliche Belange. * Du drückst dich schriftlich und mündlich gewandt in der deutschen Sprache aus und bringst Fremdsprachenkenntnisse mit. * Als emphatische Persönlichkeit arbeitest du selbständig, zuverlässig und dienstleistungsorientiert.

Bei den Bevölkerungsdiensten sind die Einwohnerdienste, das Regionale Zivilstandsamt, Wahlen und Abstimmungen und der Fachbereich Bürgerrecht integriert. Mit unserem 35 Mitarbeitenden leben wir den \<\\>.
