Mit rund 6'350 Einwohnenden ist Mellingen eine wachsende Stadt im Kanton Aargau. Sie verbindet ein mittelalterliches Stadtbild von nationaler Bedeutung mit moderner Infrastruktur, naturnaher Lage und einer ausgezeichneten Verkehrsanbindung. Das Regionale Zivilstandsamt erbringt Dienstleistungen für die Stadt Mellingen und zehn weitere Gemeinden, mit insgesamt rund 36'000 Einwohnenden.

Wir suchen per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Zivilstandsbeamtin / Zivilstandsbeamter mit Aussicht auf die Stellvertretung der Amtsleitung (80 – 100 %) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung sämtlicher Aufgabenbereiche im Zivilstandswesen, wie Beratung der Kundschaft, Beurkundung von Ereignissen wie Geburt, Anerkennung, Eheschliessung, Todesfall, Namenserklärung, Einbürgerung, Gerichts\- und Verwaltungsentscheide
  • Gestalten und Durchführen von Trauungen
  • Erstellen von Dokumenten aus Infostar und Papierregistern
  • Organisation von Bestattungen und Beratung von Angehörigen
  • Unterstützung der Amtsleitung bei der fachlichen und organisatorischen Führung sowie der Weiterentwicklung des Zivil\- und Bestattungsamtes
  • Erledigen von allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis für Zivilstandsbeamtin/\-beamten oder die Bereitschaft, den Ausweis zu erwerben
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zivilstandswesen
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (Infostar NG, MS Office)
  • Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Einfühlungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B erwünscht
