Ausgangslage ###

Für den technischen und fachlichen Support eines Zollsystems wird eine Person gesucht, die Zollprozesse aus erster Hand kennt und gleichzeitig Freude an IT-Themen mitbringt. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie Ihr Praxiswissen aus der Import- und Exportabfertigung mit analytischem Denken und technischer Neugier. Sie unterstützen Anwender, testen neue Funktionen, begleiten Updates und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Applikation bei. Ideal für Zolldeklarant\*innen, die den Schritt in Richtung IT machen möchten, ohne den Bezug zum operativen Geschäft zu verlieren.

Aufgaben ###

  • unterstützen von Anwendern bei fachlichen und technischen Fragen rund um das Zollsystem
  • analysieren und nachvollziehen von Fehlermeldungen, Unklarheiten und Spezialfällen
  • testen neuer Funktionen, Releases und Systemanpassungen
  • dokumentieren von Lösungen, Prozessen und wiederkehrenden Themen
  • zusammenarbeiten mit IT, Softwarepartnern und internen Fachbereichen
  • mitwirken an Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklungen der Applikation
  • schulen von Mitarbeitenden sowie Begleiten von Systemeinführungen und Updates

Anforderungen ###

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zolldeklarant\*in oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Import- und/oder Exportabfertigung
  • gute Kenntnisse der zollrelevanten Abläufen
  • hohe IT-Affinität, Interesse an Systemprozessen und technisches Verständnis

Informatik ###

MS-Office - gute Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit Applikationssupport oder Testings von Vorteil

Sprachen ###

Deutsch: m+s sehr gut Englisch: m+s sehr gut
