Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Abwicklung von Einfuhr und Ausfuhrverzollungen mittels e-dec, ATLAS sowie NCTS beziehungsweise Passar
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und rechtskonformen Zollabfertigung für nationale und internationale Warensendungen
  • Unterstützung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts von der Sendungserfassung über die Avisierung bis hin zur Abrechnung und Dossierverwaltung
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Kunden und Geschäftspartner bei Fragen rund um Verzollungs- und Logistikprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, Transportpartnern sowie den zuständigen Zollbehörden
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben und aktive Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Ferienvertretung im Grenzbüro Basel Weil und Übernahme der dort anfallenden Verzollungsaufträge
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Ausbildung als Zolldeklarant/in (z.B. Spedlogswiss) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Bereich Zoll und Aussenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Import- und Exportverzollung sowie in der selbständigen Abwicklung von Zollformalitäten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Zollsystemen wie e-dec, ATLAS sowie NCTS beziehungsweise Passar
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zolltarifen, Warenursprung, Zollverfahren und den relevanten gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Zolldossiers sowie in der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen und Zollbehörden
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
