募集背景 船井総研グループの中で、中堅・中小企業に特化したデジタルマーケティング支援を担う当部門。 現在私たちは、媒体に詳しい「WEB広告代理店」から「日本一のSMB向けマーケティングAX・DXコンサルティング集団」へと進化を遂げる、非常にエキサイティングな転換期を迎えています。 今回は、新たに立ち上げる「AI検索（AIO）対策×Shopify」を活用した超高速・高品質なサイト制作事業（マーケティングAIトランスフォーメーション事業）における【事業立ち上げコアメンバー】の増員募集です 。 将来的な「売上30億円・100名体制」や「事業会社化（分社化）」を見据え、労働集約型の制作体制から脱却し、AIを駆使した「高付加価値な事業戦略の提案」へと組織全体でシフトしていく過渡期を共に楽しみ、日本のビジネスを牽引する次世代のプロコンサルタントを求めています。 仕事内容 船井総研グループの強力な顧客基盤を活かし、メイン顧客である中堅・中小企業の業績アップに直結するサイト制作プロジェクトのマネジメントから、納品後のWebコンサルティングまでを一貫して担います。 単なる「言われたものを作るディレクション」ではなく、顧客のビジネスモデルを理解し、AI検索時代（AIO/GEO）に勝つためのサイト構造設計や、Shopifyのポテンシャルを最大化する上流のマーケティング戦略を提案・実行します。担当コンサルタントとして年間数十社のプロジェクトを牽引していただく、非常に裁量と社会的インパクトの大きなポジションです。 【具体的には】 ・経営者との直接対話による事業課題のヒアリングと、サイトのコンセプト設計・要件定義の合意形成 ・Shopifyを用いたサイト制作のプロジェクトマネジメント（進行管理、デザインシステムの策定、厳格な品質管理・デバッグ体制の構築） ・AI検索最適化（AIO）を意識したサイト構築のディレクション（Shopifyの機能に依存しない実装や構造化データの提案など） ・GA4、サーチコンソール、Microsoft Clarity等を用いたデータ分析と、納品後の「AI検索レビューレポート」の作成・月次コンサルティング（サブスクリプション支援） ・AIや各種ツールを活用した業務効率化や新規サービスの企画開発 所属する組織 「サステナグロースカンパニーをもっと」というパーパスのもと、約25名チームで構成されています。 業界に先駆けてChatGPTなどの生成AIや運用自動化ツールを積極的に導入・開発しています。人が本来やるべき「戦略立案」や「顧客との対話」「品質の仕組み化」といった高付加価値な業務に集中できる、プロフェッショナルな集団を目指しています。 仕事の魅力 【圧倒的な社会的インパクト】 私たちが支援するのは、地域の雇用や経済を支える実店舗型のビジネスや中堅・中小企業です。 あなたのWeb戦略・ディレクションが、地方企業の売上を劇的に変え、ひいては日本経済全体を活性化させるという手触り感と大きな社会的意義を感じられます。 【最新技術（AI・Shopify）と経営視座の融合】 一般的な制作会社のように「企業の担当者」を相手にするのではなく、直接「経営者（社長）」に対して事業戦略の提案を行います。また、Shopifyの高度な活用や生成AI検索（AIO）対策など、最先端のデジタルトレンドを経営戦略に落とし込むスキルが圧倒的なスピードで身につく環境です。 【無限のキャリアパスと未来像】 現在、当部門は売上30億円・100名体制に向けた「第2創業期・事業会社化」のフェーズにあります。 さらに本ポジションは「新規事業の立ち上げ」のコアメンバーです。早期にチームマネジメントや事業責任者を経験できるポストが豊富にあり、数年後には事業部長、大手企業のCMOへの転身、あるいは独立・起業といった多様なキャリアを実現できる実力が身につきます。 要件 【必須（MUST）】※下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 １：Web制作会社や広告代理店でのWebディレクション、プロジェクトマネジメント、またはWebコンサルティング経験 ２：事業会社での自社サイト運用・改善やデジタルマーケティング経験 ３：【異業種からのチャレンジ歓迎／Web制作未経験可】 IT・SaaS、人材、コンサルティング等の無形商材におけるBtoBソリューション営業経験（トップセールスや表彰実績がある方歓迎） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Shopifyを活用したEC・コーポレートサイトの構築・運用経験 ・経営者向けの折衝、プレゼンテーション経験、要件定義などの合意形成スキル ・GA4、BigQuery、SQLなどを用いたデータ分析とレポート作成経験 ・AI（ChatGPT等）の業務活用スキル、AI検索（AIO）やSEOに関する知識、テクノロジーへの強い関心 ・プロジェクトの品質管理（チェックリスト等を用いたデバッグ）の仕組み化や、チームマネジメント経験 【求める人物像】 ・指示待ちではなく、自発的に課題を発見し改善・ルール作りができる方 ・「単なる制作進行役」ではなく「事業戦略パートナー」へステップアップしたい方 ・急成長する組織の過渡期や新規事業の立ち上げを楽しみ、共に新しい組織を創っていきたい方 福利厚生 ・持ち株会制度 ・レジャー・保養施設 割引等 ・組合 ・慶弔金等
