消費者の価値観が多様化し、リアルとデジタルの境界がなくなる中、日本のコンシューマー業界は、従来のビジネスモデルからの脱却という大きな転換期を迎えています。 私たちは、顧客の購買データや将来の見込みニーズを基軸としたCRM支援を通じて、クライアント企業の経営戦略やマーケティング、顧客体験（CX）を根本からアップデートするミッションを担っています。 本ポジションは、案件獲得を担うだけでなく、提案資料の作成から導入後の定着化まで、文字通り「一気通貫」でクライアントに伴走します。 単にツールを売るのではなく、企業の持続的な業績向上・生産性向上のための経営コンサルティングを基盤としたCRM・DX提案を実施しています。 業務内容 【具体的には】 ・新規案件の獲得および提案資料の作成 └コンシューマー業界（住宅不動産・宿泊、観光・冠婚葬祭・小売等）の中小・中堅企業の業績向上に必要なＤＸ・マーケティングの課題をヒアリング。 SFA・MAによる販売促進強化や多角化企業のCRM一元管理による生産性向上、OMO（オンラインとオフラインの融合）の実現に向けた戦略を描き、提案骨子を作成します。 ・導入検討段階におけるプリセールス・技術支援 └経営層へのプレゼンテーションを行い、投資対効果（ROI）の可視化やシステム構成の概略を提示することで、プロジェクトの意思決定をリードします。 ・導入プロジェクトのマネジメントおよび環境構築支援 └受注後、エンジニアチームと連携しながら要件定義を実施。クライアントの現場運用に即した実効性の高いシステム導入をディレクションします。 ・導入後の定着化支援・活用コンサルティング └システムを導入して終わりではなく、業種別の業績アップに向けたCRMの定着支援を行い、長期的なパートナーシップを築きます。 【プロジェクト例】 例）多角化事業を行う中堅不動産会社のCRM一元管理プラットフォームの構築及び定着支援 要件 【必須（MUST）】 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方（IT業界未経験・FS経験のみの方も歓迎） ・何らかの顧客折衝経験（営業、カスタマーサクセス、店舗マネジメント等） ・SFA・MAツールの提案または導入経験がある方 ・Webマーケティングの提案または集客改善経験がある方 ・ITやデジタルツールを活用した業務改善に関心がある方 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・コンシューマー業界（住宅不動産・宿泊、観光・冠婚葬祭・小売等）での実務経験、または同業界への提案経験 ・SaaS、CRM、MA、SFAなどの導入・活用支援の経験 ・ゼロベースからの新規開拓営業や企画提案の経験 福利厚生 ・その他手当：職務手当・資格手当・家族手当など ・財形貯蓄制度 ・従業員持株会 ・育児休業制度 ・ホームヘルパー制度 ・退職金制度 など
