Услуги, предоставляемые отделом:

  1. Независимый финансовый анализ потенциальных объектов приобретения/продажи (Financial Due Diligence)
  2. Финансовый анализ при предпродажной подготовке объекта продажи (Vendor assistance)
  3. Сопровождение после сделки (Post-merger integration)
  4. Помощь в проведении финансовой экспертизы для IPO (например, LFR, WCR, SFR и т. Д.)

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Независимым финансовым анализом потенциальных объектов приобретения/продажи (Financial Due Diligence)
  • Анализом рынка, конкуренции, ценообразования в котором работает компания
  • Помощью в продаже бизнеса собственникам: Vendor due diligence и vendor assistance
  • Сопровождением после сделки (Post-merger integration)
  • Анализом прогнозов или бизнес-планов
  • Помощью в проведении финансовой экспертизы для IPO (например, LFR, WCR, SFR и т. д.)

Профиль идеального кандидата для нас:

  • Опыт работы 5+ лет в FDD/аудите, составлении или анализе финансовой отчетности
  • Опыт управления командами и проектами не менее 2х лет, умение эффективно организовывать работу, контролировать сроки
  • Умение работать в команде, умение эффективно общаться в команде и с клиентом,
  • Хорошее знание финансовой отчетности, знание бухгалтерского учета по РСБУ
  • Навыки уверенной работы в MS Excel и MS Powerpoint обязательны.
  • Хороший уровень английского языка требуется для проектов с иностранными клиентами
  • Аналитический склад ума
  • ACCA завершенный или на последних этапах также плюс для вас
  • Опыт работы в 1С в части доступности отчетов, вариантов выгрузки данных.
