Услуги, предоставляемые отделом:

  1. Независимый финансовый анализ потенциальных объектов приобретения/продажи (Financial Due Diligence)
  2. Финансовый анализ при предпродажной подготовке объекта продажи (Vendor assistance)
  3. Сопровождение после сделки (Post-merger integration)
  4. Помощь в проведении финансовой экспертизы для IPO (например, LFR, WCR, SFR и т. Д.)

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Проведение независимой финансовой проверки и проверки операционной деятельности потенциальных объектов приобретения/продажи до и после сделки;
  • Участие в клиентских встречах и взаимодействие с клиентами с целью сбора информации;
  • Сбор и анализ финансовой и операционной информации по объекту проверки;
  • Использование различных внутрифирменных программных инструментов;
  • Подготовка сводной аналитической информации;
  • Участие в подготовке отчетов и формировании рекомендаций в рамках сделки;
  • Взаимодействие с другими направлениями компании для оказания комплексного анализа в рамках сделки.

Профиль идеального кандидата для нас:

  1. Профильнй опыт или опыт в сфере аудита/подготовке финансовой отчетности;
  2. Выпускники или в том числе студенты со специализацией в области финансов, экономики, бухгалтерского учета (желательно);
  3. Способность к многозадачной работе;
  4. Навыки подготовки презентаций;
  5. Возможность работать полный рабочий день;
  6. Возможность работать сверхурочно и в условиях жестких дедлайнов;
  7. Отличные навыки речи и делового письма на русском и английском языках;
  8. Хорошее знание английского языка (Intermediate, Upper Intermediate).
