Чем ты будешь заниматься:

  • Консультировать клиентов по цифровизации HR-процессов (HRTech), участвуя в проектах разного масштаба: от оптимизации и автоматизации HR-функций до выбора и внедрения HR-систем и исследования цифрового пути сотрудника (Employee Journey Map).
  • Работать с крупными компаниями из различных отраслей, погружаясь в их бизнес-процессы и решая реальные задачи бизнеса.
  • Взаимодействовать с клиентами всех уровней — выявлять их потребности, анализировать «боли» и предлагать решения.
  • Исследовать рынок: искать передовые HR-технологии, инновационные подходы и лучшие практики.
  • Разрабатывать рекомендации по оптимизации и автоматизации процессов на основе данных и аналитики.
  • Анализировать данные, выявлять закономерности, аномалии и формулировать выводы.
  • Готовить функциональные и технические требования, проектировать документацию.
  • Получать ценный опыт в технологическом консалтинге, работая в команде с опытными экспертами.
  • По желанию принимать участие в проектах смежных направлений: например, цифровизация процессов устойчивого развития (ESG), автоматизация финансовой функции и других.

Наши требования к кандидату:

  • Желание развиваться в бизнес-анализе HR-функции, продуктов и консалтинге, интерес к технологиям в управлении персоналом.
  • Уверенное владение MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Навыки эффективного поиска и анализа информации (включая англоязычные источники), умение структурировать данные и делать выводы.
  • Способность работать с большими объемами данных и быстро осваивать новые инструменты.
  • Гибкость мышления, умение задавать правильные вопросы и находить решения.
  • Организованность, тайм-менеджмент, приоритизация задач.
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь.

Будет преимуществом, если у тебя есть:

  • Опыт или понимание HR-процессов (например, расчет зарплаты, кадровый документооборот, подбор, адаптация).
  • Знание методологий моделирования бизнес-процессов (например, BPMN, EPC и др.).
  • Опыт разработки технических заданий, формирования бизнес- и функциональных требований.
  • Навыки работы с Power BI, Tableau или другими инструментами визуализации данных.
  • Знание корпоративных систем (SAP, 1С, HRM-платформы) — как пользователь или в рамках обучения.
  • Интерес к технологическим трендам: например, ты подписан и регулярно читаешь материалы порталов по теме информационных технологий (vc, Habr, TechCrunch, TechSparks и другие), понимаешь современные digital-тенденции.
