当社は1970年の創業以来、一貫して「中小企業の成⻑実行支援」に取り組んでいる、プライム上場の経営コンサルティング企業です。 変化が激しい不確実の時代においても、力強く持続的に成長し続けられる会社「サステナグロースカンパニー」をより多く創出することをミッションとし、現在では130の業界に約6000社のご支援先と約700名のコンサルタントが所属する、国内でも最大規模の経営コンサルティング会社となりました。 日本最大級の専門家を擁し、業種・テーマ別に「月次支援」「経営研究会」を両輪で実施する独自の支援スタイルをとっている点が特徴です。その現場に密着し、経営者に寄り添った実践的コンサルティング活動は様々な業種・業界経営者から高い評価を得ています。 業務の概要・ミッション ■募集背景 株式会社船井総合研究所のライフイベント支援部は、 皆さまのライフイベントに関わる、葬儀業界・ブライダル業界・美容業界の中堅・中小企業様向けに既存事業の活性化支援・新規事業立ち上げ支援・WEBマーケティング支援などのコンサルティングを行っています。 現在、美容業界では、人不足に悩んでいる会社が多いのが事実です。 そこで、戦略的に人件費を高めていく必要があるために 今以上に1店舗粗利の入客数を増やし、店舗当たりの利益を最大化していく必要があります。 そのためには、今のスタッフ数にあった集客数ではなく、 店舗の客数キャパの上限まで集客数を維持できるよう ポータルサイトの最適化やSNS・リアル媒体を駆使した「集客・マーケティングの仕組み化」を行い、確実に利益の出る強い店舗（収益アップ）へと生まれ変わらせるノウハウが急務になっています。 そこで、「美容院業界向け集客最大化・マーケティングソリューション」のコンサルティングメニューを強化する方針です。 ■当部門の想い 当部門では、『日本を代表するような企業づくりをする』 そのために、 【Mission】 人を創り、サステナグロースカンパニーを輩出し続ける 【Vision】 中堅・中小企業を中心とした 「デジタル」×「総合」経営コンサルティングご支援先の成長に伴走します。 経営者にとって、「経営コンサルタント選び」は、「人生選び」の一つという言葉を教訓に、 どこまでも経営者に伴走し続けるコンサルティングを行っています。 仕事内容 今回の募集では、売上3億～20億規模の美容院運営会社を対象に、 ポータルサイトやSNS、リアル媒体を駆使した「店舗集客・売上最大化」のコンサルティングをお願いします。 机上の空論ではなく、現場のスタイリストや経営者と一緒に手を動かしながら、お店がファンで溢れる仕組みをつくる、やりがいの大きいポジションです。 ＜具体的には＞ ① ポータルサイトでの集客最大化： 美容予約ポータルサイトの掲載内容（キャッチコピー、クーポン設定、スタイル写真の魅せ方）を分析・改善し、新規予約数を最大化します。 ② SNSでのファン獲得・集客： InstagramやTikTokなどを活用した、店舗・スタイリスト個人の認知拡大およびブランディング施策の企画・運用サポート。 ③ 紙媒体（チラシ・DM等）での地域密着集客： 新店オープン時やリニューアル時に合わせ、地域特性に応じた折込チラシやポスティング、DMなどの販促企画。 ④ 店内販促物の作成・動線設計： 来店されたお客様のリピート率（紹介や次回予約）を高めるための、店販（シャンプー等）POPやメニュー表、ステップカードなどの企画・作成ディレクション。 など、幅広いテーマを予定しています。 【仕事の魅力・得られるスキル】 ① 圧倒的な社会的インパクトと貢献感 あなたの提案一つで、何十人もの美容師の働き方が変わり、地域のお客様に愛される人気サロンへと変貌を遂げます。クライアントの業績向上を通じて、地域経済の活性化に直接貢献できる手応えがあります。 ② 経営者との直接対話が生む「視座の高さ」 対峙するのは全員、企業の「経営者」です。経営者と同じ目線でビジネスを語る経験は、他の職種では得られない圧倒的な成長スピードを約束します。 ③ 自分のアイデアが「即、数字（売上）」に変わる面白さ ポータルサイトの文言を変えた翌週に予約が埋まる、SNSの施策がバズって来店が増えるなど、自分の仕掛けたマーケティングの成果がダイレクトに目に見える楽しさがあります。 要件 求めるご経験 【必須（MUST）】 下記、いずれかの経験でOK ※以下のいずれか1つでOK ・ポータルサイトの運用・管理経験 ・ビジネスでのSNS運用経験 ・紙媒体の企画・制作経験（チラシ、フリーペーパー、DMなどの進行管理やライティング） ・店内POPや販促物の作成経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・マネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方（2-3名でOK） ・経営コンサルティングに興味のある方 ・経営者視点を身につけたい方 ・人財を通じて、企業成長を実現したいという想いを持っている方 ・企業の経営者・経営幹部と円滑にコミュニケーションができる方 福利厚生 ・持ち株会制度 ・レジャー・保養施設 割引等 ・組合 ・慶弔金等
