Команда подбора персонала ТеДо (юр. лицо ООО "Технологии Доверия - Консультирование") ищет сотрудника на позицию Консультанта в Отдел по предоставлению консультационных услуг Центра повышения эффективности бизнеса.

О команде TeDo Consulting:

Это команда по оказанию услуг для бизнес-консультирования. Мы молодые, развивающиеся специалисты в области оказания качественных услуг коллегам из подразделений TeDo. Мы помогаем проектным командам вести документооборот в соответствии с требованиями политик, подготавливать расчеты в Excel, делать транскрибацию аудио файлов, а так же оказывать помощь в роли проектного администратора. Мы оказываем эти услуги с высоким качеством и в четко оговоренные сроки, благодаря чему вносим вклад в решения задач наших клиентов.

Чем ты будешь заниматься в этой роли:

  • Работа на проектах в качестве проектного администратора (назначение встреч с Клиентом, ведение протоколов встреч, работа с документацией проектной команды).
  • Работа на стандартных заявках (транскрибация аудиозаписей, создание опросников в программе, обработка Excel файлов).
  • Выполнение задач с определенным дедлайном, четкой подробной инструкцией, требующей внимательности и концентрации.

Какие мы предъявляем требования к кандидатам:

  • Умение быстро реагировать, вникать в задание и приступить к его выполнению.
  • Владение Excel на уровне формул будет являться вашим преимуществом.
  • Знание английского языка будет являться вашим преимуществом.
  • Опыт командной работы над общим проектом, презентации результатов, развитые навыки устного и письменного общения.
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
