ООО "Технологии Доверия - Юридические услуги" ищет сотрудника на должность Юрист (старший консультант) в Департамент юридического консультирования (практика разрешения споров).

Мы предоставляем клиентам следующие услуги:

  • Юридический анализ позиций налоговых и таможенных органов;
  • Сопровождение камеральных и выездных налоговых проверок, мероприятий в рамках предпроверочного анализа;
  • Составление возражений на акты, жалоб на решения по результатам налоговых проверок;
  • Сопровождение споров с налоговыми органами на досудебной и судебной стадиях;
  • Представление интересов клиентов и обжалование решений налоговых органов в вышестоящих налоговых органах и судах всех инстанций;
  • Досудебное и судебное обжалование результатов таможенных проверок.

Профиль успешного кандидата:

  • Высшее юридическое образование (степень магистра);
  • 2-5 лет опыта в сфере налоговых споров в юридическом консалтинге и/или в юридической функции в индустрии (опыт подготовки документов для налоговых органов и судов, общение с налоговыми органами, участие в судебных процессах);
  • Отличные знания российского налогового, таможенного, гражданского, процессуального (особенно арбитражного) права;
  • Уверенное знание английского языка: как устного, так и письменного;
  • Позитивный настрой, сильные навыки межличностного общения;
  • Умение работать в команде, решать сложные задачи и добиваться выдающихся результатов;
  • Способность работать в условиях мультизадачности и ограниченного времени;
  • Навыки делегирования и коучинга;
  • Нацеленность на карьеру и успех.
