Руководство коммерческой деятельностью предприятия: управление блоком закупок сырья (химические компоненты, ЛКМ, полимеры) и логистикой поставок для бесперебойной работы окрасочного производства Организация и контроль международных коммерческих сделок (ВЭД) с южнокорейскими поставщиками сырья, расходных материалов и высокотехнологичного промышленного оборудования Оптимизация логистических цепочек поставок из стран Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, управление таможенным оформлением и минимизация коммерческих рисков. Ценообразование, ведение коммерческих переговоров на высшем уровне с ключевыми клиентами (автомобильные концерны) и зарубежными партнерами. Согласование годовых бюджетов закупок, коммерческих контрактов и условий кредитования с финансовым департаментом головной компании в Республике Корея. Защита коммерческой стратегии предприятия и регулярная отчетность по показателям рентабельности перед корейскими учредителями холдинга.

Высшее экономическое, торговое (коммерция) или логистическое (ВЭД). Свободное владение корейским языком (уровень TOPIK II, Уровень 5 6) обязательно. Необходим навык ведения жестких коммерческих переговоров, заключения внешнеторговых контрактов и анализа юридической документации на корейском языке. Свободное владение английским языком (не ниже Upper-Intermediate) для взаимодействия в международном коммерческом контуре. Опыт работы на руководящих должностях (коммерческий директор, директор по закупкам, директор по ВЭД) от 5 лет строго в международных компаниях на предприятиях автомобильного/химического сектора. Глубокое понимание специфики азиатского рынка химического сырья, лакокрасочных материалов (ЛКМ) и полимеров для автомобильной промышленности. Практический опыт выстраивания логистических цепочек и прохождения таможенных процедур при работе с южнокорейскими контрагентами в условиях санкционных ограничений. Знание корейской деловой этики, протокола ведения коммерческих переговоров и специфики заключения сделок с корейскими корпорациями. Экспертные знания международного торгового права, правил Инкотермс (Incoterms) и специфики валютного контроля. Опыт работы в специализированных корейских ERP/SCM (Supply Chain Management) системах управления закупками и логистикой, интегрированных с головной компанией холдинга.
