2.1. Руководит планово-экономическим отделом. 2.2. Организует и контролирует работу работников планово-экономического отдела. 2.3. Анализирует работу подчинённых и определяет степень соответствия их профессиональных возможностей поставленным перед ними целям и задачам. 2.4. Регулярно оценивает качество работы, выполняемой подчинёнными в соответствии с действующими в Филиале нормативными документами; 2.5. Разрабатывает должностные инструкции на работников структурного подразделения. 2.6. Участвует в подборе новых работников на вакантные должности. 2.7. Организует и проводит инструктаж подчинённых по вопросам деятельности планово-экономического отдела и филиала. 2.8. Составляет графики отпусков работников своего структурного подразделения. 2.9. Составляет планы -графики работы структурного подразделения. 2.10. Готовит по утверждённой форме предусмотренные регулярные отчёты о деятельности планово-экономического отдела. 2.11. Разрабатывает, пересматривает и поддерживает в актуальном состоянии нормативные документы (рабочие инструкции) по своему функциональному направлению. 2.12. Руководит работой по экономическому планированию в организации, направленному на создание рациональной хозяйственной деятельности в соответствии с потребностями рынка и возможностями получения необходимых ресурсов, выявление и использование резервов производства с целью достижения наибольшей эффективности работы организации. 2.13. Возглавляет подготовку проектов текущих планов подразделениями организации по всем видам деятельности в соответствии с заказами потребителей продукции, работ (услуг) и заключенными договорами, а также обоснований и расчетов к ним.
