Команда инфраструктуры и проектного финансирования имеет большой послужной список в структурировании сделок проектного финансирования и сопровождении при привлечении финансирования для крупнейших инвестиционных проектов, реализованных по всему миру.

Карьера в нашей команде предоставит вам уникальную возможность принять участие в организации и реализации инвестиционных проектов на различных этапах сделки, в рамках оказания консультационных услуг инициаторам проектов и финансирующим организациям.

Наши услуги включают:

  • Разработка финансовых моделей инвестиционных проектов для целей принятия решений акционерами и привлечения заемного финансирования;
  • Составление бизнес-планов и стратегий по реализации инвестиционных проектов, в соответствии с требованиями ведущих российских и международных финансирующих организаций;
  • Проведение комплексного отраслевого анализа рынка и составление прогнозов для целей определения потенциальных точек роста бизнеса и подтверждения коммерческой целесообразности реализации проектов;
  • Сопровождение инициаторов инвестиционных проектов и проектов ГЧП в привлечении финансирования и организации сделки.

В нашем отделе вы столкнетесь с такими задачами, как:

  • Установление эффективных рабочих отношений с клиентами;
  • Активное участие в развитии бизнеса;
  • Управление проектными работами по выполнению услуг группы;
  • Разработка и проверка финансово-экономических моделей;
  • Составление бизнес-планов и технико-экономических обоснований инвестиционных проектов;
  • Структурировании инвестиционных проектов;
  • Участие в проведении переговоров с основными участниками сделок по проектному финансированию и ГЧП;
  • Разработка презентационных материалов (отчеты, информационные меморандумы) для предоставления топ-менеджменту компаний и потенциальным инвесторам;
  • Отраслевой и макроэкономический анализ.

Профиль идеального кандидата:

  • Опыт работы в сфере корпоративных финансов и инвестиционного анализа от 5 лет;
  • Уверенное понимание подходов к финансовому анализу и финансовому моделированию;
  • Продвинутый пользователь MS Office;
  • Уверенное владение английским языком (уровень от Intermediate);
  • Готовность к переработкам; умение выполнять работу в сжатые сроки;
  • Опыт работы в сфере проектного финансирования и ГЧП является желательным.
