LTV最大化に向けた提案・取り組み 利用状況やフェーズに応じたアップセル提案 他プロダクト・関連サービスのクロスセル企画・提案への関与 担当コンサルタントと連携した顧客価値の最大化 3. CS業務の高度化・仕組みづくりへの関与 ヘルスチェック指標や運用ルールの改善提案 CS業務フローやKPIの設計・見直しへの参画 コンサルタント・エンジニアとの横断的な連携によるCS品質向上 ■ポジションの魅力 ・「経営者」の右腕として活躍：単なるツールのレクチャー担当ではなく、「経営者向け」コンサル×SaaSのハイブリッドな事業モデルでの稀有なCS経験を積むことができます。特にSaaS営業ご経験の方は、培った提案スキルを当社のメイン顧客である中堅・中小企業の「業績向上」に活かすことができます。 ・組織の立ち上げ・仕組みづくりに関与：CS組織の変革フェーズにおいて、マニュアル作成やKPI設計、定期モニタリング体制の構築など、事業成長を支えるCS戦略の設計・推進を主導できるポジションです。 ・技術とビジネスの橋渡し役：エンジニア経験がある方は、プロダクト開発側と顧客側の「通訳」として、より難易度の高い課題解決でリーダーシップを発揮いただけます。 ・キャリアパス：貢献度に応じた正当な評価により、早期のマネジメント層登用も期待できます。 ■募集背景 当社ではSaaS型サービスおよび業界特化型プラットフォーム事業が急成長しており、導入企業の成功を支えるカスタマーサクセス体制のさらなる強化が重要テーマとなっています。LTV最大化を目的としたCS組織の戦略設計から実行推進までを統括するリーダーとして、NRR/GRR管理体制の構築、ヘルススコア運用、KPI設計を主導していただきます。 要件 ※「Zoho」に関する経験は不問となります。ご安心ください。 【必須（MUST）】 IT／SaaS業界におけるカスタマーサクセス経験（実務経験3年以上） LTV・チャーン率などの数値をもとに、課題設定と改善施策を考えた経験 役割や前提が曖昧な状況でも、自ら考え、周囲を巻き込みながら前に進めた経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 法人営業（フィールドセールス/インサイドセールス）の実務経験 SaaS販売代理店またはパートナービジネスにおけるCS組織の設計・指揮経験 エンジニアやプロダクトチームとの協業経験 Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot等のCRMプラットフォームの深い知識 経営者・意思決定層との折衝経験 福利厚生 ・その他手当：職務手当・資格手当・家族手当など ・財形貯蓄制度 ・従業員持株会 ・育児休業制度 ・ホームヘルパー制度 ・退職金制度 など
