руководство конструкторским отделом (3 человека): распределение задач, выдача исходных данных, контроль сроков и качества выполнения работ, организация работы отдела; взаимодействие с техническим директором: согласование технических решений, отчёт о ходе проектирования, выработка общих подходов к разработке изделий; анализ технического задания заказчика, выявление недостающих исходных данных (габариты оборудования, точки подключения, кабельные вводы) и организация их запроса у заказчика до начала проектирования; проведение стартовых совещаний по новым заказам со специалистами по пожарной безопасности, производством и конструкторами; сбор требований от каждого направления; разработка предварительной и итоговой компоновки (планировки) изделия: расстановка оборудования, щитов, вентиляции, отопления, освещения, пожарных систем, трасс силовых и слаботочных кабелей с учётом доступа для обслуживания - для дальнейшей передачи в детальную проработку конструкторам; проверка проектных решений на соответствие нормативной документации; принятие технических решений по конструктиву (кровля, узлы стыковки модулей, защита от протечек, унификация узлов и тп.) и участие в сопровождении изделия в производстве.

опыт работы главным инженером, главным инженером проекта (ГИП) или главным конструктором на промышленных или машиностроительных предприятиях от 3 лет, желательно в области энергетического оборудования или блочно-модульных изделий; понимание принципов работы энергетического и электротехнического оборудования (РУ, щиты, ИБП, инверторы, аккумуляторные системы, ДЭС); умение разбираться в технологии производства и учитывать её при проектировании; умение работать в Компасе и SolidWorks на уровне самостоятельного построения компоновок и трассировок инженерных систем; опыт работы в PDM-системах приветствуется; знание методов инженерных расчётов: вентиляция, отопление, гидравлика, теплотехника ограждающих конструкций; расчёты на прочность, жёсткость и надёжность металлоконструкций, умение рассчитывать нагрузки; знание нормативной документации по проектированию инженерных систем (СП, ПУЭ, нормы пожарной безопасности); знание требований ЕСКД и ГОСТ, контроль за корректным оформлением документации; опыт руководства командой конструкторов; умение принимать и брать на себя ответственность за принятые решения.
