The posting

1. Вести учет личного состава организации в соответствии с утвержденными в Обществе формами первичной учетной документации 2. Осуществлять прием, перевод, увольнение работников, направления в служебные командировки, предоставление отпусков, привлечение к дисциплинарной ответственности сотрудников в рамках требований трудового законодательства, положений приказов руководителя Общества, иной установленной документации по управлению персоналом. 3. Заполнять, вести учет и хранение трудовых книжек (в случае их ведения). 4. Создавать и вести личные дела сотрудников. Своевременно дополнять их сведениями, в соответствии с трудовой деятельностью персонала. 5. Оформлять и выдавать справки о настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности работников. 6. Подсчитывать рабочий стаж сотрудников. 7. Вести информационные базы качественного, количественного состава сотрудников, следит за их пополнением, своевременным обновлением. 8. Учитывать отпуска сотрудников, принимать участие в составлении и соблюдении графиков отпусков. 9. Принимать участие в сборе документов для их сдачи в архивы на хранение. 10. Принимать участие в подготовке отчетной документации. 11. Производит загрузку электронных больничных листов в 1С: ЗУП. по мере поступления. 12. Участвовать в формировании и предоставлении в СФР Отчета ЕФС-1 (1 часть) в срок не позднее следующего дня, после издания приказа о приеме или увольнении сотрудника. 13. Готовить кадровые документы для оформления отстранения от работы работников: -появившихся на работе в состоянии алкогольного, наркотического или иного токсического опьянения; - не прошедших в установленном порядке обучение и проверку знаний и навыков в области охраны труда; - не прошедших в установленном порядке обязательный медицинский осмотр, а также обязательное психиатрическое освидетельствование в случаях, преду смотренных настоящим Кодексом, другими федеральными законами и иными нормативными правовыми актами Российской Федерации; 14. Осуществляет поиск и подбор персонала путем: - составления и размещения в СМИ и Интернете объявлений о вакансиях. 15. Выполняет другие служебные поручения начальника отдела кадров в рамках установленной трудовой функции.
