Вам предстоит: Выполнять настройку компьютерной техники (установка программного обеспечения, включая операционную систему, установка драйверов) Выполнять работы по регламентному обслуживанию и ремонту периферийных устройств, оргтехники и средств связи. Организовывать рабочие места пользователей, перемещение и подключение вычислительной техники, периферийных устройств, оргтехники и средств связи в случаях перемещений сотрудников на новые рабочие места. Устанавливать, настраивать и обслуживать клиентское аппаратное и программное обеспечение. Участвовать в прокладке, установке, регламентном обслуживании и ремонте слаботочных структурированных кабельных сетей Компании. Консультирование пользователей по возникающим вопросам.

Практический опыт технической поддержки пользователей или системного администрирования. Умение диагностировать неисправности ПК и периферии, устанавливать и настраивать Windows и прикладное ПО. Базовое понимание сетей: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, работа маршрутизаторов, коммутаторов и Wi-Fi. Навыки удалённой поддержки пользователей. Умение понятно объяснять порядок действий сотрудникам без технической подготовки. Самостоятельность, аккуратность и умение расставлять приоритеты при нескольких заявках. Желание развиваться в сфере IT.
