Чем тебе предстоит заниматься: Консультировать клиентов по телефону и электронной почте. Проводить первичную диагностику и самостоятельно решать ошибки в работе ПО. Устанавливать и настраивать ПО, а также взаимодействовать с ИТ-специалистами клиентов в рамках решения вопросов по установке и поддержке ПО (консультирование ИТ-специалистов по электронной почте и телефону, самостоятельная установка и настройка; работа с серверами и ПК под управлением Windows/Linux). Собирать материалы, составлять обращения и взаимодействовать с другими уровнями технической поддержки. Какие навыки тебе потребуются: - Уровень знания компьютера – выше среднего. - Знание операционных систем на уровне продвинутого пользователя. Знание Linux будет преимуществом. - Умение работать с командной строкой. - Хорошие коммуникативные навыки: правильная речь, отсутствие боязни прямого взаимодействия с людьми. Цель: обеспечение бесперебойной работы программного обеспечения у клиента и на территории офиса. Имеешь качества, которые позволяют отлично ориентироваться в работе: Готов быстро усваивать новую информацию и знаешь, как это делать; Говоришь просто о сложном, знаком с информационным стилем; Самостоятелен, инициативен и организован (т.е. сам видишь задачи и своевременно их выполняешь); Уверен в себе, находишь контакт с людьми; Умеешь работать в команде.
