The posting

Обязанности: Прием обращений пользователей на 1-ой линии технической поддержки (телефон, электронная почта, чат-бот, Service-desk, лично). Регистрация и классификация входящих обращений по автоматизированным информационным системам и вопросам работы рабочих станций пользователей. Общение с заявителем, подключение к пользователю, первичная диагностика проблемы, устранение проблемы или постановка задачи на 2-ую линию. Консультирование пользователей по работе с конфигурациями 1С: Документооборот, 1С: БГУ, 1С: ЗКГУ, Управление образовательным процессом по разработанным инструкциям. Консультирование пользователей по работе с веб-ресурсами МФТИ по разработанным инструкциям. Администрирование доступа пользователей согласно ролевым моделям. Внесение предложений по корректировкам инструкций на основании обращений. Внесение предложений по доработкам системы для снижения количества обращений. Требования: Среднее профессиональное образование. Хорошее знание типового функционала конфигурации 1С: Документооборот. Знание других конфигураций 1С (1С: БГУ, 1С: ЗКГУ и др.) будет Вашим преимуществом. Базовые знания работы и администрирования Windows, MS Office. Опыт владения инструментами трекинга задач. Способность ясно, структурированно и доброжелательно излагать мысли как устно, так и письменно. Умение выстраивать коммуникации с разными категориями пользователей — от студентов до профессоров и административного персонала. Опыт работы в технической или информационной поддержке 1С. Приветствуется: Наличие сертификатов 1С. Условия: Место работы: г. Долгопрудный (рядом со станцией Новодачная МЦД-1, или 15 минут от метро Алтуфьево, Ховрино, Физтех). Возможности профессионального развития. Официальное оформление по ТК РФ. График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00, выходные: суббота, воскресенье. В соответствии с ТК РФ работники сферы образования при трудоустройстве обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о ее получении (в электронном виде запрос через Госуслуги).
