Услуги, предоставляемые отделом:

  • Услуги по независимой экспертизе проектов капитального строительства, в том числе в целях привлечения финансирования, принятия управленческих решений, судебных споров и т.д.
  • Сопровождение проектов капитального строительства в роли независимого консультанта;
  • Технологический и ценовой аудит проектов.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Анализ бюджета и графика реализации проекта;
  • Анализ технических, технологических и конструктивных решений;
  • Анализ проектной и сметной документации;
  • Анализ договоров с подрядчиками;
  • Анализ конкурсных процедур по выбору подрядчиков;
  • Анализ рисков Проекта.

Профиль идеального кандидата для нас:

  • Выпускники ведущих технических и строительных вузов;
  • Опыт работы от 2 лет в одном из направлений: в сфере инвестиционно-строительных проектов на позиции заместителя руководителя проекта/координатора; в структуре заказчика в отделе PMO на позиции методолог или контролер проектов;
  • Опыт работы в консалтинге. Реализованные проекты в качестве заместителя руководителя проекта. Опыт в написании процедур и регламентных документов.
  • Понимание инвестпроектов, их жизненного цикла, расходной и доходной составляющей;
  • Умение работать в MS Project или primavera;
  • Понимание различных видов документации (ИРД, ПД, РД, разрешений на строительство и разрешений на ввод, ЗОС, СЗЗ и т.д);
  • Опыт написания внутренних документов, участие в обучении внутренних сотрудников
  • Опыт взаимодействия с подрядчиками будет плюсом.
  • Готовность к непродолжительным командировкам.
