仕事内容 あらゆる業種の大手企業向けに、 船井総研の業種別コンサルタントと連携し、「現場に強い戦略策定〜実行」までを推進します。 クライアントのビジネス拡大のための新規事業の戦略立案、検証、調査が中心です。 ＜具体的には＞ 大手企業の新規事業立案のための様々な課題に対するコンサルティングや戦略立案を含めた実行をしていただきます。 ・市場リサーチ ・上流のプロジェクト促進 ・データ収集、分析、課題抽出、提案 ・ビジネスモデル構築 ・ドキュメント作成 ・クライアント折衝 プロジェクトマネージメントのご経験をお持ちの方に参画いただくことで、よりよいサービス提供を目指していきます。 現在リーダーとして活躍する中途入社3年目と2-3名のチームを組みプロジェクトを経験していただき、 1年〜1年半ほどでプロジェクトマネージメントを担当いただきます。 ※プロジェクトの期間は3-6ヶ月ほどで、複数プロジェクトにアサインされます。 ※常駐はございません。 同時にあらゆるプロジェクトをお任せするため、幅広い業種の新規事業開発の経験を積むことができ、成長スピードも速いポジションです。 新規事業開発のプロとして支援する立場になるため、コンサルタントとしてのご自身の市場価値を高めることができます。 募集背景 【船井総研の中でも高い成長率の部署】 中小企業向けの経営コンサルティングで高いシェアを誇っている当社。 その中でも当部署は「(中小企業向け総合経営コンサルティングで培った知見・ネットワークを活かした) 大手企業向け経営コンサルティング部門」として、前年比120%以上の成長率を維持しながら成長し続けています。 【成長の背景は「大手企業が中小企業マーケット」への興味関心を強めているから】 2018年の部署発足以降、急速な成長を続けている背景として 「大手企業による日本の中小企業マーケットへの興味関心度合いが急成長していること」があります。 日本は「企業の大半が中小企業」という独特なビジネス構造をもっていますが、 「生産性の低さ」や「後継者不足」といった課題から、大手企業による業界再編が進行していくことが予想されています。 実際にM＆A件数は急速に増加しており、小規模な事業者が乱立している状況から、有力な企業へ法人が集約されていく傾向があります。 この“再編期”を「大きなビジネスチャンス」ととらえ、 中小企業マーケットの攻略を検討する大手企業が増加しているのです。 【大手企業様から船井が選ばれる理由＝「中小企業に強い船井総研だから」】 具体例として、 「中小企業の生産性向上を実現する新たなソリューションを開発したので、拡販戦略を中小企業に詳しい船井総研さんに相談したい」 「新規事業としてあるテーマに参入したい。その軸として20~30億クラスの中堅企業を複数社買収したい。M＆Aから市場拡大までの戦略設計を相談したい」 など、 大手企業が日本の“中小企業マーケットの攻略”を図る上で、有力なパートナーとして船井総研にお声がけを頂いている状況です。 このように、大手企業と中小企業の両方の特性を理解した上でコンサルティング提案ができるようなコンサルティング会社は少ないため、 近年急速にコンサルティング案件が拡大しておるのですが、案件数に対して対応できるプロジェクトマネージャー数が追い付いていないこともあり、 中途採用を強化しております。 今後更なる事業拡大に向けて一緒に働いてくださる仲間を募集しています。 仕事の魅力 ①同じ業種・業態だけではない色々なプロジェクトに関わることができる 様々な業種やフェーズの新規事業の経験を複数積むことができます。 ②日本の市場を再編する一翼を担える 大手企業が中小企業向けに 中小企業とのコネクションを軸に、大手企業と中小企業の間でビジネスを動かすことができます。 組織紹介 2018年から新設された部門で、大手企業(売上規模100億以上)向けのコンサルティングを行っています。 船井総研はインダストリー区切りで組織が構成されていますが、 当事業イノベーション支援部は、大手企業のみを対象に、 テーマ特化したサービスを提供する部門です。 【テーマ例】 中期事業計画策定/新規事業立ち上げ/ビジネスDD/リブランディング/FC本部化 等 今回募集するポジションは、船井総研の業種別コンサルタントと連携し、 主に中堅・大手企業の考える新規事業立ち上げを外部からコンサルティングするチームです。 業界や社会に与えるインパクトも大きく、非常にやりがいのある業務です。 要件 求める人材要件 【必須のご経験】 下記いづれかのご経験をお持ちの方 ①自社で事業戦略、事業開発、経営企画、経営戦略等の部署で既存事業の事業計画に携わったご経験 ②社内外にて、新規事業の立ち上げ等をご自身が中心となり、プロジェクトを遂行されたご経験 ③コンサルティング会社でご自身が中心となり、新規事業の立ち上げプロジェクト等を遂行されたご経験 【望ましいご経験】 ・経営層との折衝経験 ・外部企業を交えた折衝経験 ・高いドキュメント作成能力 ・プロジェクトマネジメント能力 ∟クライアント企業の新規事業立ち上げを創出し、事業立ち上げ推進まで一気通貫で実施いただきますので、０⇒１のみならず、プロジェクトの遂行やその後の事業の持続まで携わっていただきます。 福利厚生 ・持ち株会制度 ・レジャー・保養施設 割引等 ・組合 ・慶弔金等
