ООО "Технологии Доверия - Консультирование" ищет Специалиста по подбору персонала в Отдел персонала Управления Корпоративных служб.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Осуществлять поиск кандидатов (поиск, отбор, тестирование кандидатов) в различных источниках;
  • Проводить HR интервью;
  • Самостоятельно вести открытые позиции разного уровня;
  • Вести внутреннюю базу кандидатов (Friendwork);
  • Взаимодействовать с заказчиками и коллегами из других функций / платформ / направлений;
  • Участвовать в мероприятиях по развитию бренда работодателя;
  • По желанию - подключаться к дополнительным проектам в рамках HR-отдела.

Профиль идеального кандидата для нас:

  • Опыт работы в кадровом агентстве будет являться преимуществом;
  • Умение и желание работать на результат;
  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки;
  • Умение / готовность работать с большим количеством вакансий и кандидатов.
