Wil jij impact maken in de bouw en betrouwbare financiële inzichten dichter bij de werf brengen? In deze business controller rol werk je in een resultaatgedreven omgeving waar samenwerking, ownership en vooruitgang centraal staan. Hier zoek je actief de connectie met projectteams, vertaalt cijfers naar actie en draag je bij aan de groei van infrastructuurwerken die het verschil maken voor heel België. Hou je van meedenken én meedoen en wil je dicht bij het operationele staan? Dan is deze rol op jouw lijf geschreven.

Jobomschrijving

  • Bewaken van de maandafsluiting: valideren en analyseren van cijfers van verschillende business units
  • Opmaken van managementrapportages en vertalen van resultaten naar heldere inzichten
  • Opvolgen van werven, projecten en prestaties, en bespreken met project- en werfleiders
  • Oplijsten, challengen en onderbouwen van input van stakeholders en doorrekenen naar forecasting en budgetten
  • Concreet opvolgen van actiepunten uit managementmeetings
  • Detecteren van risico’s en inefficiënties, en voorstellen van verbeteringen in rapportering en processen
  • Samenwerken met finance, projectleiding, werfleiders en directie om tijdig betrouwbare input te leveren
  • Ondersteunen van optimalisaties in (analytische) boekhouding en procesflows

Must haves:

  • Masterdiploma in finance, economie of gelijkaardig
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen controlling, of sterke ervaring als auditor (bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige omgeving)
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige kennis
  • Je neemt graag ownership, werkt nauwkeurig en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete voorstellen
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en kritische blik
  • Vloeiend Nederlands

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ervaring in een operationele of infrastructurele/projectomgeving
  • Kennis of affiniteit met Power BI, KPD of vergelijkbare tools
  • Goede beheersing van Frans en/of Engels
  • Assertief in communicatie, ook naar operationele collega’s op werven
  • Nieuwsgierig, zelfstartend en vlot in het leggen van verbindingen tussen cijfers en praktijk
