This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Negócios based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to act as a key link between clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders across medium- and large-scale implementation projects. You will help translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technology solutions. The position covers the full implementation journey, from system configuration and training through testing, validation, and handover to technical support. You will work closely with commercial, development, project, and customer support teams to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward. Your ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively will be central to delivering a strong customer experience. The role also offers opportunities to identify process improvements and propose changes that increase operational efficiency and business results. It is particularly suited to professionals with technology implementation experience and a solid understanding of the pension/retirement benefits business.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and support system implementation activities, including configuration, operational testing, parallel operation, assisted operation, training, homologation, and final handover to technical support.
  • Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams, helping identify, clarify, and resolve business and system-related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Development, Projects, and Customer Support teams throughout implementation and service engagements.
  • Conduct requirements-gathering activities with clients to understand their operational needs, processes, and expectations.
  • Document functional requirements and specifications using Microsoft DevOps and other designated tools to support development activities.
  • Follow up on requests, coordinate testing, and maintain accurate documentation of activities, outcomes, and system changes.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, developers, and other stakeholders whenever required to clarify requirements and support effective delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience throughout projects and professional services engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for systemic or procedural improvements and propose changes designed to increase operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  • Completed higher education degree; a degree in Technology or a related field is desirable.
  • Solid professional experience in technology implementation and/or customer-facing technology services.
  • Essential knowledge of the pension/retirement benefits business.
  • Experience with functional specifications and ERP projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, including negotiation and the ability to build productive client relationships.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, committed, ethical, and strongly customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different client and project environments.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database-query support tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a plus.
  • Knowledge of remote-support and helpdesk solutions such as Freshdesk is desirable.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is an advantage.
