Your expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js will support both product quality and reliable customer implementations. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful AI infrastructure while helping redefine how automation is delivered in production.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to testing strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and user needs.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across software products and applications.
  • Apply both manual and automated testing techniques to achieve strong test coverage and product reliability.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while partnering with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows tailored to customer requirements and deployment needs.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, automation objectives, and technical challenges.
  • Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile development activities.
  • Communicate project progress, testing outcomes, risks, and blockers clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve deployment workflows, testing processes, engineering practices, and team methodologies.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of core software products.
  • Help shape technical and product decisions as an early member of the engineering organization.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer, deployment engineer, or in a comparable technical role.
  • Professional experience within the technology industry, ideally involving software development, deployment, testing, or customer-facing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience performing both manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail when evaluating software behavior and identifying issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical workflows and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
